At present, the thermal conductivity of aluminum-based copper clad laminates produced by different manufacturers is quite different. If the above measurement method is used, the thermal conductivity of the mainstream aluminum-based copper clad laminates in the domestic market is mostly between 0.2-1.5W/M-K, and the cost difference is easy to induce incorrect thermal conductivity. Therefore, when considering thermal conductivity, you may wish to refer to the price positioning of aluminum substrates and third-party testing.

In daily production, aluminum substrate orders should indicate the following elements as much as possible:

1. Product Model/Material Number/Order Number: The information is clear and self-interested, and many departments inside and outside the company can easily cooperate!

2. Plate type: single-sided/double-sided aluminum-based copper clad laminate, plate thickness and copper foil thickness (OZ): H, 1, 2 (ie 18/35/70mil), and there are many plates below 18mil;

3. Process treatment, including surface treatment, solder mask color, text color and molding method; whether it is a single molding or imposition shipment (the conventional process edge is generally 5MM, do not forget to add MARK points and patch process holes);

In addition, such as delivery time, quantity and special requirements, most of the two parties communicate and sign the contract when placing an order, so that suppliers can cooperate more effectively and restrain each other.
