  • What is the lead time for orders?

    Samples: Typically 7 working days.
    Bulk Orders: Approximately 14-21 working days after receiving the deposit and confirming all specifications.

  • What are your payment terms?

    We accept payments in USD via T/T. The standard terms are:
    30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
    For orders below $1000 USD, full payment (100%) is required via T/T.

  • How are your products priced?

    Our quotations are typically based on EXW  or FOB trade terms.

  • Do you provide OEM/ODM customization services?

    Yes, we offer professional OEM/ODM customization services to meet specific requirements in product design, performance, and packaging.

    With extensive experience in non-standard customized products, our engineering team is able to provide technical solutions and initial feedback within 12 hours.

  • What packaging options are available?

    Standard packaging includes brown outer cartons and brown inner boxes.
    For orders of any quantity, we offer customization services, including: Laser-engraved logos on the lamp body. Custom-designed color boxes and cartons with your logo.

  • What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    Considering that most of our customers are involved in engineering projects, we don't have an MOQ.

  • What certifications do our products have?

    Our products comply with international standards, with CE and RoHS certifications for all categories. Some of the garden lights and street lamps also have ETL and ENEC certifications.
