Cree LED et Star Flashlight & Lantern Company concluent un règlement et un accord de licence limitée

DURHAM, Caroline du Nord--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CreeLED, Inc. (« Cree LED »), une société SGH (Nasdaq : SGH), et Star Flashlight & Lantern Co., Inc. (« Star ») ont annoncé aujourd'hui qu'elles sont parvenus à un règlement mutuellement avantageux concernant un différend en matière de contrefaçon de brevet entre les parties. Dans le cadre du règlement, Cree LED a accordé à Star une licence limitée sur certains brevets Cree LED couvrant les composants LED.
